Minutes note: This matter was taken prior to item 3 as Ald. Bauman had to leave prior to the end of the meeting. HPC staff recommends that the metal panning be removed and the wood frames replaced. Scott Miezin - Envision Development - hired by the property owner, Richard Meeusen, to replace the wood window frames. Ald.
