7/19/20100 HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION PLACED ON FILE

Minutes note: This matter was taken prior to item 3 as Ald. Bauman had to leave prior to the end of the meeting. HPC staff recommends that the metal panning be removed and the wood frames replaced. Scott Miezin - Envision Development - hired by the property owner, Richard Meeusen, to replace the wood window frames. Ald. Bauman moved, seconded by Ms. Nemec, for disapproval of the Certificate of Appropriateness. There were no objections.
