A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various Aldermanic Districts.

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the City.
BODY:
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On the south side of W. Scott Street from the east line of S. 35th Street to a point 50' east thereof at any time"

"On the south side of E. St. Paul Avenue from the west curb line of N. Milwaukee Street to a point 60' east thereof at any time"

Part 2. Section 101-23-4-c of the Code relating to One Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On the north side of W. State Street in the 5400 block from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM"

"On the west side of N. Van Buren Street from E. Detroit Street to E. Clybourn Street"

"On N. Summit Avenue from E. Kenwood Boulevard to E. Hampshire Street from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM except Saturday and Sunday"

Part 3. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On N. Prospect Avenue from E. Woodstock Place south to the railroad bridge"

"On the west side of N. Stowell Avenue from E. Locust Street to E. Linnwood Avenue on odd calendar dates from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM except Saturday and Sunday"

Part 4. Section 101-23-4-e of the Code relating to Three Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On E. State Street from N. Milwaukee Street to N. Jefferson Street from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM"

"On the south side of W. Vliet Street from N. 37th Street to N. 38th Street from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM"

Part 5. Section 101-23-10 of the Code relating to Winter Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On the south side of E. Dover Street from S. Greeley Street to S. Kinnickinnic Avenue"
