Analysis
This resolution approves an Affidavit that corrects Sheets 1 and 2 of 3 of Certified Survey Map No. 7403.
Body
Whereas, Certified Survey Map No. 7403, a recorded map being a division of Lots 42, 43 and 44, Block 217 of George W. Thomas Subdivision and land in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 19, all being located in the Southwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 19, Town 07 North, Range 22 East, in the City of Milwaukee, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, recorded as Document No. 8773359 on April 30, 2004; and
Whereas, Fred W. Shibilski, Surveyor, has submitted an affidavit correcting surveying data contained in said map pursuant to the provisions of Section 236.295 of the Wisconsin Statutes; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the Affidavit of Correction, a copy of which is attached to this Common Council File as Exhibit A and made part hereof as though fully set forth herein, is approved.
