This resolution authorizes engineering studies on projects which by City Charter are nonassessable. After design plans and estimates of costs have been prepared, a resolution authorizing construction will be submitted to the Common Council.

BODY:

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that it is necessary and in the public interest to do the following described improvements according to City specifications:

13th Aldermanic District

W. Ramsey Ave. - S. 13th St. to S. 20th St. (821-4686-8): Relaying water main.

W. Ramsey Ave. - S. 20th St. to S. 23rd St. (821-4685-2): Relaying water main.

Further Resolved, That all City Departments are authorized to perform engineering, surveys, plan preparation, and determine an estimated cost thereof.
