Title

Substitute ordinance relating to the change in zoning from Single-Family Residential to Industrial Light, on land located at 5201 West Good Hope Road, in the 1st Aldermanic District.

Analysis

This substitute ordinance permits an expansion of an existing storage business.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:

 

Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:

 

Section 295-801(2).0005. The zoning map is amended for that part of the Northwest 1/4 and Northeast 1/4 of Section 23, Town 8 North, Range 21 East, in the City of Milwaukee, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, bounded and described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Northwest 1/4; thence S1°26'00"W along the east line of said Northwest 1/4, 667.50 feet to a point of beginning; thence continuing S1°26'00"W along said east line 11.29 feet; thence S89°55'16"E, 179.46 feet; thence S1°26'00"W, 633.28 feet; thence N22°29'17"W, 697.54 feet; thence N89°56'10"E, 103.47 feet to the point of beginning, from Single-Family Residential (RS6) to Industrial Light (IL1).
