Title
A substitute ordinance relating to the change in zoning from Two-Family Residential, RT4, to Industrial-Mixed, IM, for the properties located at 409, 413, 417, 421, 425, 427, 433 and 439 West Harrison Avenue, located on the south side of West Harrison Avenue, east of South 5th Street, in the 14th Aldermanic District.
Analysis
This zoning change was requested by AEE, Inc. and will allow the zoning of the properties to be consolidated with the adjacent property, which is zoned IM.

Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for 409 West Harrison Avenue, Tax Key No. 498-0311-100; 413 West Harrison Avenue, Tax Key No. 498-0312-000; 417 West Harrison Avenue, Tax Key No. 498-0313-000; 421 West Harrison Avenue, Tax Key No. 498-0314-000; 425 West Harrison Avenue, Tax Key No. 498-0315-000; 427 West Harrison Avenue, Tax Key No. 498-0316-000; 433 West Harrison Avenue, Tax Key No. 498-0317-000; and 439 West Harrison Avenue, Tax Key No. 498-0318-000, from Two-Family Residential (RT4) to Industrial-Mixed (IM).
