Adoption of this resolution will correct surveying data in this previously approved Certified Survey Map.

BODY:

Whereas, Certified Survey Map No. 6371, being a division of all of Lots 18 and 19 and part of Lot 20 in Plat of Lots 2 and 3 and Lands in the Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 21, Township 7 North, Range 22 East, in the City of Milwaukee, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, recorded on July 9, 1997 as Document No. 7390829; and

Whereas, Joseph Hoffmann, Surveyor, has submitted an affidavit containing a correction to surveying data contained in such map pursuant to the provisions of Section 236.295 of the Wisconsin Statutes; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that said Affidavit of Correction, a copy of which is attached to this Common Council File, is approved.
