Whereas, Traffic control signals have been requested for this intersection by area residents; and
Whereas, The total estimated cost of this installation is $50,000 which is being provided by funds from our 2002 Capital Budget; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the Commissioner of Public Works be and hereby is authorized and directed to install a new traffic control signal at the Intersection of West Clarke Street and North Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive; and, be it
Further Resolved, That the City Comptroller is hereby authorized to create the appropriate Project/Grant Number for this installation as indicated:
