Substitute resolution amending a special privilege granted to Nankin & Associates to place and maintain three metal tree grates and guards in the public right-of-way on the north side of West Michigan Street adjacent to the building known as 700 West Michigan Street, to now change the name of the grantee of the special privilege to 7th & Michigan Associates.


BODY:
Whereas, Nankin & Associates was granted a special privilege under Common Council Resolution File Number 880569 on October 11, 1988, to place and maintain three metal tree grates and guards in the public right-of-way; and

Whereas, The current owner of the property is 7th & Michigan Associates, and should now be named as the grantee of the special privilege; and

Whereas, Continuation of the tree grates and guards in the public right-of-way can only be allowed through the adoption of an amending special privilege resolution by the Common Council; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that Common Council Resolution File Number 880569 is hereby rescinded; and, be it

Further Resolved, By the Common Council of Milwaukee that 7th & Michigan Associates, c/o Siegel-Gallagher Management Company, 700 North Water Street, Milwaukee, WI 53202, is hereby granted the following special privilege:
