Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted preliminary resolutions, determining it necessary and in the public interest to construct and levy special assessments for the following improvements:

5th Aldermanic District

N. 84th St. - W. Center St. to W. Congress St. (ST211240103/ST221240720) File Number 231297: Install traffic calming speed table(s). (Assessable Reconstruction Paving Fund -- $66,795; Nonassessable Reconstruction Paving Fund -- $20,000; Traffic Calming Assessment Offset -- $208,205). The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $315,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2025 construction season.
