Analysis
This ordinance corrects the zoning map for property located at 4650 South Howell Avenue.

Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:
 
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
 
Section 295-601.2.0014. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for the area bounded by the zoning line within the right-of-way of South Howell Avenue, a line 188 feet North and parallel to the north line of East Layton Avenue, a line 140 feet North and parallel to the north line of East Layton Avenue and a line 279 feet East and parallel to the east line of South Howell Avenue, from Institutional (TL) to Local Business (LB1).
