Title

Analysis
This substitute ordinance changes the offices and positions in the following departments:
Department of Administration (Community Development Grants Administration Division, Information and Technology Management Division), Common Council-City Clerk, Department of Emergency Communications, Department of Employee Relations, Health Department (Clinical Services Division; Environmental Health Division; Policy, Innovation & Engagement Division)

Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. Part 1, Section 1 of ordinance File Number 250699 relative to offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows:

Under Common Council-City Clerk, Central Administration Division, add six positions of “Auxiliary Executive Administrative Assistant”.

Under Health Department, Clinical Services Division, amend footnote (LPHP) to read as follows:

(LPHP) To expire 6/30/2027 unless the Public Health Emergency Preparedness grant is extended.

Under Health Department, Environmental Health Division, amend footnote (PHEP) to read as follows:

(PHEP) To expire 6/30/2027 unless the Public Health Emergency Preparedness grant is extended.

Part 2. Part 1, Section 1 of ordinance File Number 250699 relative to offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows (Effective Pay Period 1, 2026 - December 21, 2025):

Under Department of Employee Relations, Operations Division, Auxiliary Positions, delete one position of “Position Control Specialist (ERP)”.
