This resolution would approve Lease Agreement with Milwaukee Christian Seafarer's Friend Society for real property located on the South Harbor Tact of the Port of Milwaukee

Body:

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that said Common Council hereby ratifies and approves the Lease Agreement with Milwaukee Christian Seafarer's Friend Society, with the City of Milwaukee, by and through its Board of Harbor Commissioners for lease of real property located on the South Harbor Tract of the Port of Milwaukee, for a two year term commencing May 1, 2001 at the current existing lease terms, rates and conditions; and, be it

Further Resolved, That the designated officers of said government and said Board are hereby authorized and directed to execute an agreement to carry out this purpose as prepared by the City Attorney's office.
