Analysis

Currently, the 3100 blocks of S. 18^th Street and S. 19^th Street are excluded from the Saint Francis Hospital commuter parking impacted area.  This ordinance eliminates that exclusion.  

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-27.7-9-c-14 of the code is amended to read:

101-27.7.  Residential Daytime Parking Privilege for Commuter Parking Impacted Areas.

c.  Locations of Commuter Parking Impacted Areas.

c-14. Saint Francis Hospital impacted area, bounded by S. 15th St. on the east, S. 20th St. on the west, W. Oklahoma Ave. on the north and W. Holt Ave. on the south, excluding both sides of the 3300 block of S. 19th St. bounded by W. Ohio Ave. on the north and W.
