Whereas, Weed cutting charges were made against a parcel of real estate in 2001; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that proper city officers are authorized and directed to amend the 2001 Tax Roll by canceling the weed cutting charges in the amount of $68.50 to the possessor of the 2001 tax bill for Key Number 285-1055-7 also known as 2161 W. Hopkins, chargeable to Fund Number 0001 5457 636508 39D1; and, be it

Further Resolved, That no interest be paid on the delinquent charge in this resolution.
