BODY:

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. Part 1 of Common Council File Number 970262, passed June 3, 1997, is repealed.

(Note: The provisions being repealed read:

Part 2. This section shall be null and void after June 30, 2000.)
