Title
A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various Aldermanic Districts.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the City
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On the east side of North 27th Street from the north curb line of West Townsend Street to a point 75 feet north thereof from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm except Saturday and Sunday"
"On the east side of North 30th Street from the north curb line of West Concordia Avenue to a point 80 feet north thereof from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm except Saturday and Sunday"
"On the east side of North 46th Street from the north curb line of West Burleigh Street to a point 50 feet north thereof at any time"
"On the north side of East Layton Avenue from a point 930 feet east of the east lot line of South Howell Avenue to South Brust Avenue at any time"
"On the south side of East Norwich Street from South Howell Avenue to the first north/south alley west thereof at any time"
"On South 20th Street from the south curb line of West Lincoln Avenue to a point 50 feet south thereof at any time"
Part 2. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the east side of South 23rd Street from West Abbott Avenue to a point 50 feet south
On the west side of South 23rd Street from West Abbott Avenue to a point 50 feet north
On the north side of West Wells Street from North 18th Street to a point 50 feet east
On the north side of West Wells Street from North 19th Street to a point 50 feet east
On the north side of West Wells Street from North 22nd Street to a point 50 feet east
On the north side of West Wells Street from North 23rd Street to a point 50 feet east
