Title
Substitute ordinance relating to the change in zoning from Multi-Family Residential (RM2) to Multi-Family Residential (RM4) on land located on the South Side of West Wells Street and West of North 22nd Street, in the 4th Aldermanic District.
Analysis
This substitute ordinance corrects the zoning map where mixed zoning has been created either by a combination or division of a lot as required by the new zoning code that became effective October 1, 2002. This zoning change was initiated by the Department of City Development.

Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
Section 295-501.1(b).0001. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for the area bounded and described by the zoning line within the right-of-way of West Wells Street, the zoning line within the right-of-way of North 22nd Street, a line 139 feet South and parallel to the south line of West Wells Street, a line 115 feet West and parallel to the west line of North 22nd Street, a line 56 feet South and parallel to the south line of West Wells Street and the zoning line within the right-of-way of North 23rd Street, from Multi-Family Residential (RM2) to Multi-Family Residential (RM4).
