Motion relative to tax stabilization fund withdrawal for 1998 budget purposes.
BODY:
For budget purposes, that portion of the Tax Stabilization Fund withdrawal regulated by Section 304-29-4-a and b of the Milwaukee Code be established and authorized to be the following:
$ 9,284,697 but in no case shall this portion of the withdrawal exceed the amount permitted by Section 304-29-4-a and b of the Milwaukee Code.
