This substitute ordinance will change the zoning to permit various retail uses.
BODY:
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
 
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
 
Section 295-320(8).0047. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for the area bounded by the centerline of West Morgan Avenue, the centerline of South 27th Street, the centerline of West Loomis Road and the centerline of South 31st Street from General Planned Development (GPD) and Detailed Planned Development (DPD) to Local Business (L/D/40).
