Substitute ordinance relating to the change in zoning from General Planned Development (GPD) known as Loomis Center and Detailed Planned Development (DPD), Phase 1, to Local Business (L/D/40) on land located on the North Side of West Loomis Road and West of South 27th Street, in the 11th Aldermanic District.

This substitute ordinance will change the zoning to permit various retail uses.

BODY:

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:

Section 295-320(8).0047. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for the area bounded by the centerline of West Morgan Avenue, the centerline of South 27th Street, the centerline of West Loomis Road and the centerline of South 31st Street from General Planned Development (GPD) and Detailed Planned Development (DPD) to Local Business (L/D/40).
