Title
Substitute ordinance to further amend the 2002 offices and positions in the City Service under control of the Common Council.

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 1 of ordinance File Number 010468 relative to offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows:
Under "Department of City Development, Community Planning & Development Services Unit, Development Center", delete two positions of "Mechanical Plan Examiner" and add one position of "Mechanical Plan Examiner II" and one position of "Mechanical Plan Examiner III."
Under "Health Department, Consumer Environmental Health Division", delete one position of "Environmental Specialist Supervisor (X) (Y)" and add one position of "Environmental Specialist Coordinator (X) (Y)"; under "Vital Statistics Division", delete three positions of "Office Assistant II" and add two positions of "Office Assistant III" and one position of "Office Assistant IV"; under "Breast Cancer Awareness Program Grant (U)", delete one position of "X-Ray Technician III (X) (U) (NN)" and add one position of "Public Health Nurse (U) (KK) (X)" and amend footnote (U) to read: "To expire 12/31/02 unless the Breast Cancer Awareness Grant is extended. .4 FTE of the Public Health Nurse position funded by the Breast Cancer Control Coordination Grant"; under "Breast and Cervical Cancer Screening Grant", delete one position of "X-Ray Technician III (NN) (U) (JJ) (X)" and one position of "Driver (3-1/2 Tons) (JJ)" and add one position of "X-Ray Technician III (NN) (JJ) (X)" and one position of "Driver (3-1/2 Tons) (JJ) (KK)" and amend footnote (NN) as follows: "To expire 12/31/02 unless the MBCAP Well Women Health Initiative Grant is extended. X-Ray Technician III position is also funded by the Breast and Cervical Cancer Screening Grant" and amend footnote (JJ) as follows:...
