This ordinance authorizes the removal of the above median islands that have become road hazards.

BODY:

The Mayor and the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. The Commissioner of Public Works is hereby authorized to remove the raised median islands and all appurtenances relative thereto, and to restore the street surface to a condition suitable for vehicular traffic at W. Blue Mound Road & N. 59th Street.
