This resolution approves an Affidavit that corrects Sheets 1 and 2 of 3 of Certified Survey Map No. 7343.
Body
Whereas, Certified Survey Map No. 7343, a recorded map being a division of Lots 19 and 20, Block 20, Reeve & Roe's Subdivision located in part of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 20, Town 7 North, Range 22 East, in the City of Milwaukee, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, recorded as Document No. 8701674 on December 16, 2003; and
Whereas, Fred W. Shibilski, Surveyor, has submitted an affidavit correcting surveying data contained in said map pursuant to the provisions of Section 236.295 of the Wisconsin Statutes; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the Affidavit of Correction, a copy of which is attached to this Common Council File as Exhibit A and made part hereof as though fully set forth herein, is approved.
