This resolution will authorize refund of weed cutting charges placed on the 1999 Tax Roll due to clerical error of the Sanitation Division. Correct property (3924 N. 22nd St.)is owned by the City of Milwaukee.

BODY:

Whereas, Weed cutting charges were made against a parcel of real estate in 1999; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that proper city officers are authorized and directed to refund $150.00 to the possessor of the 1999 tax bill for Key Number 270-1817-006-0 also known as 3934 N. 22nd St., chargeable to Fund Number 0001-5650-0001-009400. Refund check to the property owner, Cynthia Hopkins, 3934 N. 22nd St., Milwaukee, WI 53206; and, be it

Further Resolved, That no interest be paid on the delinquent charge in this resolution.
