Title

A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the

City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-2 of the Code relating to No Stopping is amended by adding the following:

On the west side of North 53^rd Street from West Capitol Drive to a point 300 feet north from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM on school days except buses

Part 2.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the south side of West Winnebago Street from a point 90 feet east of North 9^th Street to a point 40 east thereof

Part 3.  Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On the north side of East Trowbridge Street from South Delaware Avenue to South Wentworth Avenue from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM on School Days”

Part 4.  Section 101-27-3-b-1 of the Code relating to Alternate Side Night Parking is amended by adding the following:

On South Griffin Avenue from East Oklahoma Avenue to East Euclid Avenue
