This resolution approves the 1998 Operating Plan for the Milwaukee Riverwalk Business Improvement District No. 15.
BODY:
Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee ("Common Council") under File No. 931824, adopted March 31, 1994, approved the creation of Business Improvement District No. 15 ("BID No. 15") and approved the initial Operating Plan ("Operating Plan") for BID No. 15; and
Whereas, The Common Council under File No. 950966 approved the 1995 Amended and Restated Operating Plan for BID No. 15; and
Whereas, The Common Council under File No. 961027 approved the 1996 and 1997 Operating Plans for BID No. 15; and
Whereas, The Board of BID No. 15, on November 17, 1997, approved the 1998 Operating Plan for BID No. 15; and
Whereas, The Common Council desires to approve the 1998 Operating Plan for the Milwaukee Riverwalk BID No. 15; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, That the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee approves the 1998 Operating Plan for Business Improvement District No. 15 (Milwaukee Riverwalk), a copy of which is attached to this Common Council File; and, be it
Further Resolved, That all City officials, departments, boards and commissions are authorized and directed to take all such actions and to provide such assistance needed to carry out the intent and purpose of this resolution and the implementation of the development of the Milwaukee Riverwalk Project through BID No. 15.
