This resolution authorizes engineering studies on projects which by City Charter are nonassessable. After design plans and estimates of costs have been prepared, a resolution authorizing construction will be submitted to the Common Council.

BODY:

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that it is necessary and in the public interest to do the following described improvements according to City specifications:

10th Aldermanic District

N. 11th St. - W. Concordia Ave. to W. Keefe Ave. (821-4578-0) Relaying water main. (1998 Water Program)

16th Aldermanic District

N. 60th St. - W. Lloyd St. to W. North Ave. (858-0001-X): Relaying combined sewer. (1998 Sewer Program)

17th Aldermanic District

W. Meinecke Ave. - N. 35th St. to N. 37th St. (858-0020-3): Relaying combined sewer. (1998 Sewer Program)

Further Resolved, That all City Departments are authorized to perform engineering, surveys, plan preparation, and determine an estimated cost thereof.
