This resolution would approve Lease Agreement with

U.S. Army Corps of Engrs. for a parcel of 5.97 acres of

bare ground located at 2372 S. Logan Avenue for the

term 1 October 2000 through 30 September 2005.

Body

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of

Milwaukee that said Common Council hereby ratifies and

approves the Lease Agreement with U.S. Army Corps. of

Engrs. with the City of Milwaukee, by and through its Board of

Harbor Commissioners for lease of parcel for 5.97 acres of bare

ground located at 2372 S. Logan Avenue for the term, 1

October 2000 through 30 September 2005;  and, be it

Further Resolved, That the designated officers of said

government and said Board are hereby authorized and

directed to execute an agreement to carry out this

purpose as prepared by the City Attorney's office.
