This resolution approves a contract for legal services between City of Milwaukee and Thomas E. Hayes.

Body

Whereas, Thomas E. Hayes is knowledgeable and experienced in matters of municipal law, finance, and government; and

Whereas, The City Attorney's Office is desirous of utilizing Thomas E. Hayes' knowledge and expertise in the area of pensions and deferred compensation; and

Whereas, A copy of a draft contract between the City of Milwaukee and Thomas E. Hayes is attached to the file; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that the City Attorney is hereby authorized and directed to enter into an agreement with Thomas E. Hayes in substantially the same form as the agreement attached to this file, to be paid out of Account Number 0001 1490 0001 S157 2002 006300.
