This substitute ordinance makes positions changes to the following departments:

Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. Section 1 of ordinance File Number 060494 relative to offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows:

Under “Common Council-City Clerk, Central Administration Division, Council Records Section”, delete one position of “Council File Specialist” and add one position of “Council Information Specialist.”

Under “Health Department, Healthy Behaviors and Healthcare Access Division, Medical Assistant Outreach Program”, delete one position of “Public Health Educator II (X)(S)(CC)(MMM)” and add one position of “Public Health Educator II (X)(S)(CC)(MMM)(R)” and add footnote “(R)” to read as follows: “To expire 6/30/08 unless the MASH Grant from the Medical College of Wisconsin is extended; under “Maternal and Child and Home Environmental Health Division, Southside Health Center”, delete fourteen positions of “Public Health Nurse (X)(G)(AA)(FF)(I)(MMM)” and add fourteen positions of “Public Health Nurse (X)(G)(I)(O)(AA)(FF)(MMM)” and amend footnote “(O)” to read as follows: “To expire 6/30/08 unless the Congenital Disorders Grant is extended. Also partially funds one position of Public Health Nurse”; amend footnote “(U)” to read as follows: “To expire 6/30/08 unless the Breast Cancer Awareness Grant, available from the State of Wisconsin Division of Health and Family Services, is extended”; amend footnote “(JJ)” to read as follows: “To expire 6/30/08 unless the Breast and Cervical Cancer Screening Grant, available form the State of Wisconsin Division of Health and Family Services, is extended”; amend footnote “(C...
