Recommendation of nonrenewal of the Class "B" Tavern Dance license of McWillie Lewis for the premises at 3328 W. Burleigh Street ("Peoples Lounge") in the 10th Ald. Dist. Written objections have been filed by the licensee.
Recommendation of nonrenewal of the Class "B" Tavern and Tavern Dance license of Tereso M. Prado for the premises at 1201 W. Greenfield Avenue ("Camino GTO") in the 12th Ald. Dist. Written objections have been filed by the licensee.
Recommendation of renewal with a 10-day suspension of the Class "B" Tavern and Tavern Dance license of Mariano Gonzalez for the premises at 1029 W. Lincoln Avenue ("Latino Inn") in the 12th Ald. Dist. Written objections have not been filed by the licensee.
Recommendation of nonrenewal of the Class "B" Tavern license of Lora L. Villa for the premises at 2000 S. 14th Street ("Loras Cantina") in the 12th Ald. Dist. Written objections have not been filed by the licensee.
Recommendation of nonrenewal of the Class "D" Bartender license of Maricela P. Chavez. Written objections have not been filed by the licensee.

THE CHAIR questioned whether all members of the Common Council had read the report and recommendations by the Utilities and Licenses Committee.
Ayes: 14 - Ald. Pratt, D'Amato, Schramm, Johnson-Odom, Gordon, Frank, Richards, Butler, Pawlinski, Breier, Nardelli, Murphy, Hines and President Kalwitz.
Excused: 2 - Ald. Witkowiak and Henningsen.
THE CHAIR questioned whether any of the applicants or their counsel was present and wished to address the Council.
Attorney Mark Sostarich appeared and wished to address the Council.
ALD. BUTLER moved that the Common Council do now resolve itself into a Committee of the Whole for the purpose of hearing from the applicant's attorney and Assistant City Attorney.
PROCEEDINGS OF THE COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE
Attorney Mark Sostarich and Assistant City Attorney Bruce Schrimpf appeared and addressed the Committee relative to the foregoing matter.
Ald. Gordon moved that the Committee do now rise.
The motion prevailed.
Mr. Tereso Prado and Attorney Peter Donohue appeared and wished to address the Council.
ALD. GORDON moved that the Common Council do now resolve itself into a Committee of the Whole for the purpose of hearing from the applicant and Attorney Peter Donohue and Assistant City Attorney.
