Whereas, To assist in providing funding for the Land Use Study Plan and other planning related activities, the Port wishes to apply for a 2006-2007 Wisconsin Coastal Management Program Grant form the State of Wisconsin, Department of Administration; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the City of Milwaukee Board of Harbor Commissioners D/B/A the Port of Milwaukee is authorized and directed to apply and accept a 2006-2007 Wisconsin Coastal Management Program Grant to assist in providing funding for consultant assistance and other planning related activities for the preparation of Land Use Study for the Port area.
