Analysis
Currently, the maximum annual household income for an applicant to be eligible for a deferred special assessment is $20,000.  Under this ordinance, this maximum annual household income will be increased to $25,000.  This amount was last changed in 2004, from $17,000 to $20,000.

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
 
Part 1.  Section 115-44-3-b of the code is amended to read:
115-44.  Deferred Special Assessments.
3. ELIGIBILITY.  b.  Have a maximum annual household income of [[$20,000]] >>$25,000<<.
