Analysis

This resolution would approve Extension of Lease Agreement with

ST Services, Inc. for a "Second Option Period", of five years, for

real property located on the South Harbor Tract of the Port of

Milwaukee for the term 17 August 2000 through 16 August 2005.

BODY:      

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that

said Common Council hereby ratifies and approves the extension

of Lease Agreement dated 30 October 1990 between ST Services,  Inc. and the City of Milwaukee, by and through its Board of Harbor Commissioners, for lease of real property located on the South Harbor Tract of the Port of Milwaukee for the term 17 August 2000 through 16 August 2005 at the current existing lease terms, rates and conditions;  and, be it

Further Resolved, That the designated officers of said government

and said Board are hereby authorized and directed to execute an

agreement to carry out this purpose as prepared by the City

Attorney's office.
