This resolution creates a Zoning Code Task Force to revise Milwaukee's Zoning Code and related (zoning appeals) provisions. The task force will consist of 6 members - 3 appointed by the Common Council President and 3 by the Mayor - with the Common Council President and the Mayor serving as ex-officio advisors. The task force will also prepare a report on revising zoning appeals procedures, which will be submitted to the Common Council on or before April 1, 1998. Staff assistance to the committee - both clerical and professional - will be provided by the Department of City Development.
