Analysis
This resolution rescinds the authorization to reserve $387,587 in the 2010 Common Council Contingent Fund for the purchase of police body armor replacement. This resolution also authorizes the transfer from the 2010 Common Council Contingent Fund of up $258 to the Clerk of Court Witness Fees Special Purpose Account, of up to $38,007 to the Economic Development Fund Special Purpose Account and up to $3,967 to the Land Management Fund Special Purpose Account.

Whereas, To facilitate closing of year 2010 financial books, transfers from 2010 Common Contingent Fund are necessary; now therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that the amount reserved in the Common Council Contingent Fund (#0001-9990-C001-006300) (2010) of $387,587 reserved for the Police Department account (#0001-3310-R999-006000) (2010) from Common Council File Number100928 be rescinded for appropriation; and, be it

Further Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that up to $258 from the Common Council Contingent Fund (#0001-9990-C001-006300) (2010) be transferred to the Clerk of Court Witness Fees Special Purpose Account (#0001-1320-S116-006300) (2010) if necessary; and, be it

Further Resolved, That up to $38,007 from the 2010 Common Council Contingent Fund (#0001-9990-C001-006300) (2010) be transferred to the Economic Development Fund Special Purpose Account (#0001-1510-S123-006300) (2010) if necessary; and, be it
