Title

Resolution relating to an amendment to a lease agreement with Milwaukee County relative to City-owned property at 8463 North Granville Road.

Analysis

This resolution approves an amendment to a lease agreement relative to a Milwaukee Police Department facility at 8463 North Granville Road.  The amendment authorizes the installation of a generator by Milwaukee County at said facility.

Body

Whereas, The Common Council adopted Resolution File Number 991769 on March 21, 2000, approving a Lease Agreement for Milwaukee County Radio Communications Facility to co-locate on the Milwaukee Police Department facility at 8463 North Granville Road; and

Whereas, Milwaukee County has requested an amendment to the lease agreement to allow the installation of a generator at said facility; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the amendment to the lease agreement between the City of Milwaukee and Milwaukee County, a copy of which is attached to this file, is approved and the proper City officials are authorized and directed to execute the amendment to the lease agreement.
