Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted preliminary resolutions, determining it necessary and in the public interest to construct and levy special assessments for the following improvements:

10th Aldermanic District

W. Pierce St. - S. 76th St. to City Limits (ST211240109) (Sponsored by the City of West Allis) File Number 231463: Concrete pavement reconstruction, replace all curb and gutter and driveway approaches, replace concrete sidewalk where necessary, grading and sodding. (Assessable Reconstruction Paving Fund -- $2,565; Nonassessable Reconstruction Paving Fund -- $140,000). The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $290,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2024 construction season.
