Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted preliminary resolutions determining it necessary and in the public interest to construct nonassessable improvements; and

Whereas, Plans, specifications and cost estimates have been prepared for the following described improvements:

3rd Aldermanic District

N. Bremen St. - 300’ north of E. Auer Ave. to E. Townsend St. (SM495170071) File Number 171215: Relaying combined sewer.(Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund -- $219,000). The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $231,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2018 construction season.

4th Aldermanic District

W. Michigan St. - N. 28th St. to N. 29th St. (SM495170062) File Number 170857: Relaying combined sewer. (Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund -- $36,000). The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $46,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2018 construction season.
