Analysis
This resolution authorizes execution of new emergency evacuation shelter agreements with Marshall & Ilsley Bank and Mortgage Guaranty Insurance Corporation. These agreements permit employees from any of these facilities to seek temporary emergency shelter in each other's facilities as specified in the agreements.

Whereas, The Common Council adopted File Number 970110 on May 13, 1997, resolution authorizing execution of emergency evacuation shelter agreements with Marshall & Ilsley Bank and Mortgage Guaranty Insurance Corporation; and
Whereas, These agreements have expired, and all parties desire to continue to provide emergency evacuation shelter for their employees; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the proper City officers are authorized and directed to execute emergency evacuation shelter agreements with Marshall & Ilsley Bank and Mortgage Guaranty Insurance Corporation, copies of which are attached to this file.
