Substitute ordinance relating to the change in zoning from Industrial (I/A/125) to Warehousing and Light Manufacturing (C9H), on land located North of the South Menomonee Canal and East of the North-South Freeway (I-94), in the 12th Aldermanic District.

This substitute ordinance will permit warehousing and light manufacturing rather than industrial as currently permitted.

BODY:

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:

Section 295-481.0002. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for the area bounded by the centerline of the Menomonee River, the centerline of the South Menomonee Canal, a line 397.11 feet East and parallel to the east line of the North-South Freeway (I-94), a line 450 feet South and parallel to the south line of West St. Paul Avenue, a line 320.5 feet East and parallel to the east line of the North-South Freeway (I-94), a line 425 feet South and parallel to the south line of West St. Paul Avenue, and a line 35 feet East and parallel to the east line of the North-South Freeway (I-94) to the point of beginning, from Industrial (I/A/125) to Warehousing and Light Manufacturing (C9H).
