This ordinance adjusts the number of free copies of the city code and charter distributed to various government agencies.
BODY:
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 50-20-2 of the code is amended by modifying the distribution of ordinance books to the following agencies:
50-20. Sale and Distribution of City Code and Charter.
2. FREE DISTRIBUTION. Administration, Procurement and Standards: One less Volume 1 and Volume 3.
City Clerk's Office, License Division: One more Volume 1.
Employes' Retirement System: One less Volume 3.
Municipal Court: One more Volume 1, Volume 2 and Volume 3.
Police: Three more Charter, 2 more Volume 1, 6 more Volume 2, 5 more Volume 3.
School Board: One more Volume 2.
