Minutes note: The court reporter was sworn in. The President inquired as to whether the members of the Common Council had read the report of the Utilities and Licenses Committee and any objections with respect to this file. All indicated that they had done so. The City Clerk inquired whether any of the following were present and wished to address the Common Council: Derry Groce was not present. Jamil Locker was not present. Jacqueline Mitchell was not present. Ellen Norman was not present. Lisa Scheonauer was not present. Barney Talley was not present. Terry Heinemeier was present and wished to address the Common Council. Yanina Goberman was present. Juan Fuentes-Mosqueda was not present.. Ald. Witkowiak moved to enter the Committee of the Whole for the purpose of hearing from Terry Heinemeier and the office of the City Attorney. There was no objection. Terry Heinemeier was sworn in. Terry Heinemeier addressed the Common Council. Assistant City Attorney Bruce Schrimpf appeared to address the Common Council. Ald. Witkowiak moved that the Committee of the Whole do rise. There was no objection. Ald. Donovan moved that the matter of Terry Heinemeier be referred back to committee. On the motion: 1-14 FAIL (Donovan AYE).
