Substitute ordinance relating to the amendment of the Flood Plain District boundary along a portion of the Menomonee River watershed, in the 15th Aldermanic District.

This substitute ordinance will amend the boundary of the 100-year flood plain along a portion of the Little Menomonee River extending between West Brown Deer Road and North 91st Street.
BODY:
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
Section 295-710.0033. The zoning map is amended to revise a portion of the Flood Plain District boundary along the Menomonee River watershed as shown on the FEMA Flood Insurance Rate Map ("FIRM") Panel Number 550278 0025B and Panel Number 550278 0033B. The revision includes the new profile table titled: Little Menomonee River 100-Year Flood Plain Delineation, Run: April 2, 1999, ENCL 2, 3, and 4 and Topographic Maps titled Northeast 1/4, Section 08, Township 08 North, Range 21 East, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin; Northwest 1/4, Section 08, Township 08 North, Range 21 East, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin; and Southeast 1/4, Section 08, Township 08 North, Range 21 East, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin; prepared for the Southeastern Wisconsin Regional Planning Commission by Aero-Metric Engineering, Inc., Sheboygan, Wisconsin, during April, 1989, copies of which are attached to this Common Council File, as it pertains to property located at 9221 West Heather Avenue, and on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
