Title

Substitute resolution approving the by-laws (rules) for the Youth Council.

Analysis

This resolution approves the City Youth Council rules as required by s. 320-45-4-b of the Milwaukee Code.

Body

Whereas, Under s. 320-45-1 of the Milwaukee Code, the City Youth Council was created; and

Whereas, The Youth Council may adopt rules to assist the Council in carrying out its responsibilities; and

Whereas, Under s.320-45-4-b of the Milwaukee Code, all Youth Council rules are subject to the approval of the Common Council; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the attached Milwaukee Youth Council by-laws (rules) are approved.
