Analysis
This resolution authorizes engineering studies on this project which by City Charter is nonassessable. After design plans and estimates of costs have been prepared, a resolution authorizing construction will be submitted to the Common Council. The total cost is estimated to be $60,000.

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that it is necessary and in the public interest to do the following described improvement according to City specifications:
Greenfield
W. Coldspring Rd. - S. 27th St. to S. 35th St. (WT410071092): Services alterations. The total estimated cost for this project is $60,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2007 construction season.

Further Resolved, That all City Departments are authorized to perform engineering, surveys, plan preparation, and determine an estimated cost thereof; and, be it
Further Resolved, That the Department of Public Works is authorized to use the funding as specified in the above description of work; and, be it
Further Resolved, That the City Comptroller is authorized and directed to transfer such funds which are available for this purpose to the appropriate capital Project/Grant accounts.
