Analysis
This resolution would make dollar adjustments and category adjustments to the funding awards of the Homelessness Prevention and Rapid Re-Housing Program.
Body
Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee has previously approved the awards of the Homelessness Prevention and Rapid Re-Housing Program (HPRP); and
Whereas, The organizations have notified the Community Development Grants Administration that dollar adjustments are needed to their current funding award amounts and category adjustments as noted in Attachment A. These adjustments are necessary in order to meet the 2-year, 60% expenditure deadline; now therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that the Community Development Grants Administration is authorized to make the necessary funding and category adjustments to each organization receiving HPRP funding; and, be it
Further Resolved, That the organizations shall submit budgets and activity reports in amounts and according to any conditions approved by the Common Council, to the Community Development Grants Administration and the City Comptroller for review and approval; and, be it
Further Resolved, That payments for HPRP cost incurred shall be paid in accordance with approved HPRP reimbursement policy based on the approval by the Community Development Grants Administration and the City Comptroller.
