Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that Common Council Resolution File Number 050137, adopted on June 14, 2005, is amended by deleting the following text in the "Resolved" clause:

"5^th Aldermanic District

N. 121^st St. - A point 450 feet m/l south of W. Bobolink Ave. to W. Bobolink Ave. (ST210060101): Paving the roadway with asphalt.  Laying a concrete curb and gutter.  Laying concrete sidewalk.  Doing all the necessary grading pertaining to said work.  (Nonassessable New Paving Fund -- $7,000)"
