This ordinance will require that any new development on the site be reviewed and approved by the City Plan Commission and that all development meet specific design guidelines.

BODY:

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:

Section 295-91.0030. The zoning map is amended to establish a Site Plan Review Overlay District for the area bounded by a line 120 feet South of the South line of West Lincoln Avenue; the Section line in South 27th Street; a line 120 feet North of the North line of West Hayes Avenue; and a line 135 feet East of the East line of South 28th Street.
