Title
An ordinance relating to the fire department's uniform and clothing allowance. (Fire Department)
Sections
350-91-2 am
Analysis
This ordinance amends the fire department's uniform and clothing allowance by substituting the word “nomex” with “approved.” The DuPont Company makes a flame-resistant fabric called Nomex, which is used to make uniforms for the fire department, but now other manufacturers produce various substitutes.
